01 / Design & Material Strategy (Taiwan HQ)
Every project begins under strict NDA protection. Our Taiwanese engineering team works closely with you on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis, structural optimization, and selecting the ideal materials—ranging from Ecozen® Pro, Tritan, and Platinum Silicone to ABS, PP, AS, AC, and PS—to meet your exact specifications and cost targets.
02 / Precision In-House Tooling (China Facility)
Efficiency is key. We boast robust in-house tooling capabilities, allowing us to design, fabricate, and test precision molds rapidly. We provide functional prototypes for your approval, ensuring every mechanical detail is perfected before moving to the mass production stage.
03 / Scalable Injection Molding (China Facility)
Once the prototypes are approved, mass production begins at our Taiwanese-managed facility in China. Equipped with advanced plastic injection machinery, we handle high-volume orders with maximum efficiency, consistent precision, and highly competitive costs.
04 / Assembly & Custom Packaging
Our dedicated assembly lines process everything from simple drinkware to complex, multi-component kitchen gadgets (such as dual-compartment snack cups and salt & pepper mills). We also provide custom retail packaging services, ensuring your products are shelf-ready upon arrival.
05 / Advanced Testing, OQC & Logistics
Before shipping, our QA team conducts rigorous Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and environmental reliability tests. To guarantee product longevity, we perform structural and drop tests, dishwasher endurance tests, and printing adhesive tests. For chrome-plated components, we execute strict salt water spray tests to ensure rust resistance. Combined with AQL batch sampling, we deliver flawless products ready for the global market.
